The St Patrick’s Day Gala Celebration is over for another year. It was a great evening, with good food, great music and dancing, and plenty of craic. Thanks to all our raffle sponsors, and to all who came and gave, HUF 3,000,000 was raised for charity.
The board of the Irish Hungarian Business Circle, the organisers of all the St Patrick’s Day Events, will be taking a well-deserved break, but we’ll be back soon to start working on St Patrick’s Day 2026 events.
Sunday, March 16th the annual Budapest St Patricks Day Parade took place. Thousands took part. There was music and dancing, food and drink, Irish dog and Gaelic football demonstrations, and a walk past some of the main sites in central Budapest. Click below and browse through the photos.
